My JSP 'SummerFruitPie.jsp' starting page

Serves 8 Makes 2 pies
Ingredients

1
large package (0.6 oz) sugar-free strawberry gelatin

C boiling water (as called for on box)

1
large package (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding

1-1/2
C skim milk (instead of the 3 C called for on package)

2
graham cracker crusts, regular or chocolate (use the 9-oz
crust for the larger 10-serving pie)

quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and left whole

bananas, sliced
-
4
fresh peaches or nectarines, sliced into wedges

1
pint fresh blueberries, washed and drained

Directions

Place gelatin in a medium bowl,
add boiling water, and stir to dissolve. (You will not be adding the cold
water step.)

In a large bowl, mix the pudding
and skim milk together with an electric mixer. It will be
thicker than usual. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until
smooth.

Place the fruit attractively to
fill the crust, using the order listed. Pour 1/2 of the
jello/pudding mix over each pie. The jello/pudding mix will
seep between each piece of fruit.

Refrigerate until firm, about 2
hours.

Serve proudly and prepare for
rave reviews.
