Makes 2 pies Ingredients
- 1 large package (0.6 oz) sugar-free
strawberry gelatin
- 2 C boiling water (as called for on
box)
- 1 large package (5.1 oz) instant
vanilla pudding
- 1-1/2 C skim milk (instead of the 3
C called for on package)
- 2 graham cracker crusts, regular or
chocolate (use the 9-oz crust for the larger 10-serving pie)

- 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned
and left whole
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 4 fresh peaches or nectarines,
sliced into wedges
- 1 pint fresh blueberries, washed and
drained

Directions
- Place
gelatin in a medium bowl, add boiling water, and stir to dissolve. (You will not be adding the cold water step.)
- In a
large bowl, mix the pudding and skim milk together with an electric mixer. It will be
thicker than usual. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until smooth.
- Place the
fruit attractively to fill the crust, using the order listed. Pour 1/2 of the
jello/pudding mix over each pie. The jello/pudding mix will seep between each piece of
fruit.
- Refrigerate
until firm, about 2 hours.
- Serve
proudly and prepare for rave reviews.
